On day 14, we’re doing exactly what it sounds like.
I mentioned previously that the way to get out of a funk is to build momentum, but there’s a difference between building momentum and exhausting yourself. I struggle with this A LOT.

Yeah.
That’s me.
So on this day, we’re trying to take a moment to breathe. We’ve been social for the last 6 days straight; it’s time to chill. We’re only doing the chores that will allow my mind to actually rest. We’re not making any plans. We’re not leaving the house. We’re curling up with a blanket, watching some TV, and enjoying our own company. Fill your own cup first.
There’s no shame in rest, though our society often ties our worth to our productivity. I could go deeper into that, but you know what? I’m tired, so I’m going to stop typing this and enjoy my day of rest.
